Most of the time, Architect Milan Bhatt is involved with his design studio having a sound infrastructural set-up & a well-trained staff. The team is fully equipped to undertake projects of varied intensity, scope and magnitude with multifaceted approach and innovative design ideas.

     In our studio, each project undergoes extensive research pertaining to site, context, climate, client requirement, etc and a strong base is established to deal with the design development. So we look at every project for its inherent unique issues and character which in turns becomes a source of inspiration for the conceptual design. For us, the conceptual brainstorming and exploration defines one of the significant schematic phase of the building design process. Our method of working is systematic; it begins with the creation of concept diagrams and rough sketches. During this time we create the general layout, form and overall appearance of the building and site. This is followed by paper presentation and basic model giving an initial idea of the forms and spaces. Further on, we refine these forms into a usable space by introducing functionality, aesthetics and thus gradually giving way to a real space, ready to be built.

   Milan Bhatt handles his firm, along with his daughter Kaustubhi Bhatt who is an architect herself, with a degree of B.Arch from CEPT University, who has recently joined his concern as a junior architect.
